Refund Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel a Plus subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Plus storage quota remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it returns to the free tier.

14-day refund

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Contact us with your payment confirmation and the wallet address used at checkout.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law. If a renewal was charged in error or you cancelled but were still billed, contact us and we will make it right.

On-chain / KHROME payments

Payments made on-chain (in KHROME) are, by the nature of the network, final and irreversible. We cannot reverse a blockchain transaction. Please make sure the amount and wallet are correct before confirming.

How to request a refund

Email billing@khromosome.xyz with your order/payment ID and wallet address. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
